Writer Corporation - Manager - Client Services

1. Deliver and manage the AOP for West & NCR region in terms of revenue and profitability.

2. Managing operations cost for all the programs conducted

3. Responsible for program quality and completion TAT's for himself and the team. Ensure closure of home search programs and achieve set property conversion parameters.

4. Deliver and execute VIP programs personally.

5. Drive business development initiatives in participation with the branch sales team

6. Manage accounts receivables for the branch through local collections

7. Ensure good customer satisfaction scores in the Get 5 program. To ensure a return rate of customer satisfaction evaluation as per the set targets

8. Timely resolution of escalations to ensure that escalations do not result in a customer complaint within the specified TAT's. To resolve issues as per the set Service Level Agreements.

9. Recruit, develop and retain team of client service consultants. Mentor and hand hold employees to ensure maximum productivity is achieved. Build talent within the team to meet organizations growing needs.

10. Track and share competitive activities and propose strategy to counter them and utilize the intelligence while planning AOP.

11. Monitor and execute seamless end to end operations on a daily basis ensuring compliance and exceeding customer expectations.

12. Maintain relationships with select key accounts in the branch /region to ensure continued business development.
