Writer Corporation - Manager - Client Relations - Immigration Services

- Secure and manage the immigration targets for the financial year 2017-18

- Service key accounts for immigrations services

- Maintain a low operating cost for Immigration services and continuously improve processes to ensure maximum efficiency and cost savings

- Ensure pricing with good profit margins

- Converting Immigration enquires into potential business for the organization

- Responsible for the receivable for Bangalore/ local accounts on invoices raised for Immigration programs within prescribed timelines

- Accountable for all escalations and closure within prescribed time limits

- Responsible to Client retention and have periodic reviews with clients to understand any challenges and help resolve them

- Manage client feedbacks / Get 5 Program for immigration services

- Liaison with the government officials at FRRO for visa extension / renewals

- Maintain SLA's put forth by Writer as well as the clients

- Monitor performance of team

- Monitor key process trackers such as for visa extension to ensure prompt services for the client as well as generate revenue for the business

- Cross selling other services like Home Search and Moving Services.

- Conduct regular training sessions with colleagues in Head office to update on new Immigration rules and regulations
