Head India Operations

Strategic (Direct Ownership) :

- Drive competitiveness to increase sales conversion and capture centrally all information to win the business for India Operations.

- Strategically forecast and analyze profitability, and work towards margin enhancement through various cost saving measures in executing the move.

- Crew productivity analysis in order to enhance the productivity through proper job allocation and trainings programs

- Work towards creating a Crew bench strength by rightsizing the current crew and induction of new members through competitors and arrange proper training for them

- Develop the 'Go-To-Market' and the 'Operations Model' for Relo India .

- Deliver business targets as per AOP in terms of revenue and profitability.

Operations (Direct ownership) :

- Ensure the constant availability of inventory material, vehicles, personnel and partners to delivery on time, in cost.

- Align operations for all branches to have a seamless coordination and execution of household movements.

- Analyze partner compliant tracker and ensure 0% non-compliance.

- Define partner selection and evaluation criteria

- Responsible for seamless execution of all moves through effective partner management by managing move management escalations.

- Closely monitor and track operations and delivery on a daily basis ensuring compliance and improving customer expectations

- Conduct periodic review meetings with branch Operations Managers for improved service excellence.

Finance (Direct ownership) :

- Drive Cost saving measures through effective procurement of packing materials

- Drive and implement various Margin enhancement initiatives for the business

- Responsible for gross profit percentage achievement through strategic partner alignment

- Review and optimize operations costs without compromising on quality

- Review and do a cost evaluation of packing material, standards and processes to ensure that we are more cost effective and in line with market requirements.

- Manage and monitor costs for the operations functions to be within the AOP for direct labor, overtime and transportation.

Customer (Direct Ownership) :

- Drive the NPS score for Operations function

- Work constantly towards enhanced Customer experience resulting in making us "Partner of Choice"

- Scan, evaluate and on-board partners across different states in India

- Monitor and improve communication of entire Operations team with internal and external customers

- Oversee and supervise very high value and critical moves from a customer satisfaction and well as cost management perspective. Ensure customer satisfaction at the end of the move.

Operational (Direct ownership) :

- Update the operations SOP's with TAT's, quality measures and KPI's in place.

- Address Critical escalations as applicable to the nature and severity of the complaint. Create an RCA through inputs from the relevant functions and ensure escalation learning's are shared periodically.

- Monitor Warehouse Operations audit and compliance and exceeding expectations on CEI scores

People (Direct Ownership) :

- Recruit, develop and retain PAN India Operations team.

- Ensure focused cascading of organizational KPIs into functional objectives and finally into individual KPIs and review performance against the same based on a set calendar

- Ensure timely goal setting, evaluation and training for the team.

- Timely training of team members on SOPs, BEST practices and system usage ensuring Excellence
