Writer Corporation - Business Head - Digital Solutions (15-25 yrs)

Strategic (Direct role)

- Design and deploy the strategy for Digital Solutions business in content management space

- Drives business growth and profitability by expanding the market share in India and globally

- Ensure revenue and EBIDTA achievement for the business are as per AOP targets

- Design Roadmap for Products - Enterprise Content management, Healthcare Solutions, Robotic Process, Automation, Analytics and FinTech Platforms, making them compliant with international standards & regions

- Develop state of art Centre of Excellences (CoE's) around Analytics and Hyperautomation

- Embark upon transformational partnership with Businesses like BPO to make them Digital through technology initiatives

- Global exposure must

Financial (Direct Ownership)

- Financial management of the top line and bottom line targets ensuring profitability within the agreed timelines

- Develops a robust pricing model to ensure commercials meet EBIDTA targets for the business

- Review and finalize departmental budget and present the same for approval by top Management and ensure adherence

- The incumbent should treat this vertical as a start-up, start from scratch and build. FY 23-24 we are targeting to score minimum agreed threshold numbers based on the pipeline that is built in the current FY. By 2025, drive DS to contribute 10% of the overall revenue mix,

- Position the DS vertical as one to build revenues in other businesses

Customer Management (Direct Ownership)

- Teach & Tailor conversations to influence the Writer equity on Customers

- Ensure all Customer escalations are resolved

- Maintain high levels of client engagement through regular calls and visits to ensure operational issues are addressed

Business Development (Contributory role)

- Understand the market trends and prepare solution to pitch to clients through the product and sales team

- Guidance on leads generated for inorganic growth by customizing solutions to suit client needs

- Guidance on leads for organic growth through regional sales teams.

Candidate should have Product Background either in ECM or CRM or Healthcare Products

He should be ready to Work from or relocate to Mumbai

Age around 45 Years

Educational Qualification

- BE/B.Tech (Computer Science OR IT) with MBA (preferred) with 16-18 years of experience

- Extensive exposure to building Technology Applications on Microsoft platforms, Python and UI Path/Automation Anywhere (BFSI & Services domains preferred)

- Product Management experience (of having worked in established start-ups) is preferred

- Should have led Functional & Technical teams including (but not restricted to) Pre-Sales & Architecture
