Overview
- Based in the Mumbai Market, you will be tasked with building an enterprise pipeline of business within the region. You should have worked at least 7-8 years in the Commercial real estate market for Enterprises in Mumbai
- Generate top of funnel demand for enterprise solutions with IPC- s, key brokers, and corporate solutions groups
- Develop and support outbound enterprise sales opportunities that lead to qualified pitches and conversion of new enterprise customers
- Partner with enterprise sales teams to support transactions within the market
- generate a robust enterprise pipeline with leading domestic companies & Fortune 500 companies This candidate will eventually be able to build and manage a team of BD associates as we scale across India
What you will be doing?
- Achieve or exceed the monthly quota of pipeline creation
- Convert 25% of the pipeline into revenue on a quarterly basis
- Execute marketing strategy across a book of business which includes brokers & occupiers within the region
- Support business development directors & VP in client and brokerage presentations and pitch for new business
- Manage high-level conversations with corporate heads of real estate, CFO- s, Heads of HR, and other business leaders in target and prospect accounts.
- Develop a targeted account list, outbound strategy, and marketing material to increase our enterprise pipeline.
- Create and manage a broker directory within the region to generate new opportunities for our sales teams and increase mapping of brokers to accounts
- Collaborate with our strategy team to develop market intelligence (i.e. market analytics, tenant in-market lists, co-star data).
- Manage activities and accounts within Sales CRM to efficiently input and track data
- Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets and unlock creative partnerships
- Communicate our brand and lifestyle to the corporate real estate community to highlight the culture enhancing benefits of our enterprise program
- Collaborate with sales & marketing team to develop enterprise marketing collateral and messaging
- Potentially build a BD team for new markets across India
What we are looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree from a top college
- At least 7+ years of sales experience and comfortable prospecting SaaS and Real Estate experience a must
- Experience using marketing automation platforms and CRM Sales
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
