Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions :

1. Understand the Business model of leading labels in domestic market operating across various Categories

1. Map Major Metros for leading labels, mass wholesellers operating across various categories

2. Shortlist labels and their marketing channels based on their size, product fit as well as growth objectives being in line with our business strategy Compile the information , plan and execute business growth opportunities with the front end labels and link value chain including the wholesalers, retailers at front end, and upto yarn manufacturers at back end.

2. Promote Liva across the Value Chain and get more Labels to work along with Liva Co Branding and link them with all India manufacturing Hubs :

1. Work with the Category labels and ensure they use LIVA approved fabrics as well as do Co branding with them to ensure last mile marketing effort.

2. Leverage the promotion activities done by the B & C team across the sector to all the players so maximum impact is generated. Robust tie up with leading labels across various categories and link them with hub value chain upto yarn.

3. Arrange the USP, technical and cost comparison as to convince the lead labels of benefits of our fibers against competing fiber based products.

3. Achieve Business development targets for each category by widening the adoption base through scale up partners :

1. Showcase our design collection/ HEP Collection to SUPs

2. Get Inputs from the front end marketing team regarding potential orders

3. Manufacture/ adopt shortlisted products through SUPs

4. Ensure BC yarn usage and increase adoption through strategies

5. Support and market consistently BC usage

4. To improve customer services tobir retain customers on long term basis in our fold

1. Improve response time to query.

2. To ensure timely execution of customers orders.

3. To ensure timely resolution of customers complaint.

4. To create rapport with international customers through personal visits.

5. Co- ordination between various departments :

1. Plant PPC for timely execution of orders.

2. Logistics & Documentation for timely shipment.

3. CTS Complaint resolution.
