- Identify evolving trends and opportunities in technology and digital marketing space. Make recommendations for new based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities and competitive threats.

- Develop actionable steps to improve processes, workflows and systems.

- He/ She should be comfortable working with all levels of management to gain in-depth understanding of our existing line of business, products and services. Prior experience working on any CRM software like ZOHO will be an added advantage.

- Preferred qualification: Youngsters with entrepreneurial & collaborative mindset with an innovative approach to business planning

- Preferred Skills: Leadership, facilitation & Organizational skills; Analytical & problem solving skill

- Education: MBA from a premier Institute
