Works Manager/Plant Head - MNC Tyre Manufacturing Major

Responsibilities :

- Experience in running all parts of manufacturing and supply chain including Technology, Factory operations, EHS, Quality Assurance, Projects, Engineering, Planning, TPM, Lean Six Sigma, Logistics, Customer Service, Warehousing and Manufacturing Processes

- Leading Plant Operation including manufacturing, supply chain, quality & other functions with focus on - Safety & Sustainability, Quality, People, Product Availability & Cost.

- Conforming to statutory compliance of Safety, Quality .

- Improving shop floor engagement & connect, People capability, growing/mentoring people.

- Ensuring in-plant capability building and Budget monitoring.

- Leading VIP and EMS (Value Improvement & Continuous improvement) team at India

Candidate Requirement :

Should have a Strong Leadership & Process Driven Inertia characteristic

Education - BE Chemical / Production preferred

From - Any Chemical / Process Industry

- Should be in a position to manage large reportees of 100 people

- Able to Manage the dynamics of 3 Shift, Plant Operations, with a Factory strength of - 900 nos.
