WorkIndia - Program Manager - Business Development - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS/IIT/SP Jain

Role Description:

At WorkIndia we are trying to build a new vertical. You would be the part of team that would literally get it off the ground. So, if you ever dreamt of starting your own company, come and have an intense session of net practice.

This role will be responsible for taking this new vertical of 2LPM revenue to 50LPM.

Responsibilities:

- Acquire new B2B clients - Yes you are going to do BD

- Maintain relationships with current clients and grow the share of wallet- Yes you are going to do Key Account Management.

- Manage Operations team - Yes you are COO od this small business of yours

- Do data exercises like Market sizing, projecting growth for your business and create operational plans to achieve it - Yes you are going to strategize.

- You will create PRDs for your product and coordinate with tech team- Yes, you are going to be product manager too.

- And you will do all of this hands-on.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in B2B product/business management

- MBA(PGDM) must be from any IIM or MDI, JBIMS, SP Jain

- Must have BTECH/BE

- Candidates who has run their own start-up worked in a start-up or were a co-founder in another start-up is preferred.

Qualifications:

- BE/BTECH Only. Non-Engineers are not eligible to apply for this role.

Salary: 17LPA-21LPA
