Responsibilities : - Accountable for the P&L of this business unit and its growth and scale - Build short term and long term strategic and operational plans - Scale business by 10X - Manage the fulfillment operations, Marketing and Revenue divisions via Division heads. - Set up KRA for these 3 divisions such that the sum of parts help you achieve your KRA. - Revenue division will consist of BD and KAM, fulfillment will consist of Tele calling operations. - Hire and Manage performance of the above division heads. - Identify industry trends and opportunities and take business decisions to enable faster growth of this venture - Day-to-day decisions on the operations strategy and resource allocation to achieve the objectives - To drive the whole team towards the larger vision, by setting up strong KPIs and incentive structure - Work closely with the leadership team on future strategies of the overall business and this specific vertical Eligibility Criteria : - Should have a total experience of more than 8 years - Candidate should have worked at National P&L management role in a scaled operations driven company for at least 3-4 years. - Should be B.Tech/MBA from a reputed institute. - Should be willing to relocate to Bangalore.
