Role - Growth Head

We are looking for the role of Growth Head on the Job Seeker side of the business.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, strategize and achieve Job Seeker side business growth

- Manage budgets

- Acquire new users, utilize the existing base to grow the business

- Identify new channels to take the product to the next billion people

- Own and grow the product from a revenue perspective

- Coordinate with the engineering Team (Tech Team)- deliver functional solutions

Skills:

- Extremely good at data, should smartly come up with meaningful and actionable insights

- Able to easily identify the root cause of issues and come up with realistic solutions

- Experience of scaling up a consumer business in internet industry would be a plus

- Able to prioritize, execute and deliver results at a fast pace

- Should be able to A/B test hypothesis and come up with clear actions

- Structured thinking, extremely good at prioritization and proactive decision making

- Experience of creating PRDs, BRDs and executing sprints

- Should be comfortable with an aggressive target driven culture

- Never give up Attitude

- Should have displayed an urge of rapidly growing within an organization and take higher responsibilities

This position is based out of our office in Bangalore. (Presently WFH)

Preferred Qualifications:

B Tech/MBA from tier-1 institutes

Salary:

- No salary bar for the right candidate. Paying higher than the market standard
