WorkIndia - Associate Growth Manager

What will this role do?

- You will be responsible for new and existing Growth Initiatives at WorkIndia

- You will be responsible for getting users onto the platform through different initiatives

- Working closely with the engineering team, data team for complete end to end management of the initiative

What will success look like in the next 6 months:

- Took complete ownership of end to end completion of the project

- Successful in running strategies independently with minimal supervision of management

- Ready to experiment some out of the box experiments to get users on to the platform

Ideal profile for this role:

- Should be BE/BTech

- 0-2 years of experience

- Highly analytical in problem-solving and data orientation

- Ready to do what it takes to execute
