For this, you will need to forge long term relationships to ensure they grow their careers - Build trust with the community through clear and judicious communication Plan and implement community management &amp; growth strategies to expand our community - Interact with prospective community members and collaborate with them to identify appropriate engagements - Assess prospective faculty/mentors on their ability to deliver great learning experience as per the quality standards - Lead end-to-end on-boarding and training process of community members - Track performance of mentors, faculty, moderators and other community members - and report relevant community KPIs - Monitor, track and report on team performance &amp; targets - Collaborate with other teams (Operations, Technology, Academics) to anticipate needs, plan the pipeline, and ensure growth in anticipation of the needs Requirements :Proven work experience as a community manager (including experience with growing the community) - Experience planning and leading community engagement initiatives - Ability to learn &amp; understand our program offerings and learner needs - Ability to proactively troubleshoot issues and negotiate favorable terms - Excellent verbal communication skills - Excellent writing skills - Strong interpersonal skills - you should be able to get along with people with different backgrounds and motivations - Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
