The Delivery Center will provide a professional an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the ability to develop process and quality based skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Key Responsibilities:
Expertise of the process to:
- To apply subject matter ensure optimum resource usage and work load balancing for the delivery teams strategy to balance work
- Contribute to building a load among resources based on the analysis of availability and skill sets at the delivery centre level
The individual would be:
- Considering the fact that required to do demand collation and dashboard preparation for the leadership and board he/she should have excellent capabilities to build and analyze data and reports strategy by planning
- To contribute to business resourcing in advance based on demand trends obstacles while driving
- Help team to overcome initiatives pertaining to resource management practices with the business and ensure
- To integrate effectively team works as an extended arm of the business
To anticipate potential issues and collaborate with the business teams to develop solutions/ mitigation plans
- To share best practices within and outside the team to ensure standard processes
- To design controls and to maintain quality
- T0 demonstrate and drive preferred behaviors within and outside the immediate team
REQUIREMENTS :
Candidates taking care of Work force Management, WFM, Resource planning, Ramp up planning,, Manpower planning, Forecasting of operations, Analysing the work and then dividing it across various verticals.
Industry- BPO/ KPO, Consulting, ITES.
At least 5 to 10 years- experience
- Graduate /Post graduate in any stream
- Excellent team management skills
- Attention to detail
- Round the clock client management
- Responsible to plan for development of the learning of the group in order to improve their knowledge and skills
- Should be a master of MS office specially MS Excel
- Demonstrate leadership skill by building strong relationship both within, outside the immediate team
To abide by the organisational ethics, integrity, compliance and code of conduct and to ensure that the team is following the same
- Demonstrate ability to build global relationships and work as part of global teams
- To establish credibility and demonstrate ability to aid decision making at the leadership level
