Quality Control:

Planning and Scheduling Experience:
- Not required. We are specifically seeking candidates with extensive MIS handling experience.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
Skills:
- Proven experience in MIS or related roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of databases, SQL, and data analysis tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and other relevant software.

- The MIS Manager oversees the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Management Information System within the organization. This role involves managing a team of MIS professionals, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring the effective use of data for decision-making and business improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement the overall MIS strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve business processes and decision-making.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of MIS professionals.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and skills.
Data Management:
- Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of data from various sources.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of the organization's data.
- Implement data quality control measures.
- System Development and Enhancement:
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and enhance MIS tools and systems.
- Lead the implementation of improvements to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
- Stay informed about technological advancements relevant to MIS.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their data needs and requirements.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business units.
