Workday Solution Architect - IT

We have an opportunity for a Workday Solution Architect with one of our client.

12+ Years of Experience in HRIT domain with 3 - 5+yrs of end to end WorkDay Implementation Projects and 5+ SAP HCM Implementation Projects; 5+ Support/AM projects

Must have at least 2 large global roll outs.

Skills:

Champion in all HCM processes; Solution Architect skills in SAP HCM and WorkDay. Expertise in Process Consulting, Integrations, Interfaces and product/ point solution development

Experience:

Extensively worked on HRIT Roadmap development, Process Consulting, Pre-Sales, Solution Design, customer workshops, Workbook, Configurations, business process re-engineering and Go-live preparations.

Experience in leading larger teams on Functional and technical topics in HCM and related integrating areas.

Experience of working in large and complex landscapes.

Note: Travel may be required depending on the project needs.
