As the General Manager of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the company's marketing strategy and operations. Your primary goal is to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of marketing trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:

- Designing, planning, and executing effective marketing campaigns in line with the plan and implementing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.

- Develop a content strategy that resonates with the target audience and supports marketing goals.

- Elevating the sense of ownership and pride in performance which impact on company's success.

- Responsible for the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various channels, such as blogs, videos, infographics, and more.

- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.

- Leverage data analytics to optimize digital marketing strategies for maximum ROI.

- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets, and allocating resources appropriately.

- Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts.

Branding & PR Management:

- Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning including PR.

- Building brand awareness and generating innovative ideas to promote the brand/product.

- Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.

- Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness.

- Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels.

- Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies.

Team Leadership and Management:

- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff.

- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, ensuring that team members are motivated and aligned with the company's mission.

- Setting current and long-term goals for internal teams.
