Job Responsibilities : A city head for a co-working space company is responsible for overseeing the operations of 4 locations of co-working space in Hyderabad. This role involves managing the day-to-day activities of the co-working space, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively, and delivering a high level of service to members.

Key responsibilities of a city head in a co-working space company may include :

- Work closely with the Top Line Managements / HODs to optimize the operational efficiency and P&L for the Centres

- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companys sales and operational goals

- Strategically lead multiple operational departments including security, projects, and maintenance facilities within the city.

- Work collaboratively across teams. Takes control in the development of the sales, prepares forecasts and reporting for the sales leaders and upper management, for organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.

- Establish the inside sales lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives. Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development

- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally

- Operations management: Overseeing the smooth functioning of the co-working space by managing the facilities, staffing, maintenance, and ensuring the adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Budgeting and financial management: Leverage analytics to identify & recommend opportunities to reduce OPEX and improve business efficiency.

- Team management: Hiring, training, and managing staff members to ensure a high level of service is provided to members.

- Networking: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, investors, and government officials.

- Growth and Expansion: Developing strategies to grow the business and expand to new locations if required.

Qualifications for a city head in a co-working space company typically include :

- 15 + years of experience in a management or leadership role, ideally in the co-working industry.

- Any PG and specialization in business administration / marketing will be plus.

- A true leader who can inspire others to take action and be their best. Ability to motivate and manage a team.

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with members, staff, and stakeholders.

- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.

- Strong analytical skills to assess the performance of the co-working space and identify areas for improvement.

- Responsible to build & train the team and drive sales and business development for the assigned city.

- Ensure the motivation levels in the team and keep the team engaged for long run.
