You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients in the real estate industry. This role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on competition's performance, sales, and marketing strategies, and proposing pricing strategies based on market positioning, target customers, and desired mix. The Executive will also develop a comprehensive market mix guideline and ensure sales meet those targets. They will identify key customer needs through formal research, surveys, sales calls, and meetings, and build relationships with various stakeholders in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients in the real estate industry.

2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on competition's performance, sales, and marketing strategies.

3. Propose pricing strategies based on market positioning, target customers, and desired mix.

4. Develop a comprehensive market mix guideline and ensure sales meet those targets.

5. Identify key customer needs through formal research, surveys, sales calls, and meetings.

6. Build relationships, network, and maintain regular contacts with corporate and individual customers, landlords, brokers, IPCs, and IFMs.

7. Determine, design, and prioritize relevant sales and marketing supportive activities to achieve revenue/profit targets.

8. Stay informed about current/changing trends in real estate, commercial leasing, and office spaces.

9. Monitor the needs and behavior and developments in real estate micro markets.

10. Identify key/potential target customers, plan various initiatives, and coordinate support activities.

11. Conduct rate negotiations with clients based on guidelines provided by the supervisor and ensure mutual agreement on offered rates.

12. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on business; update the team calendar to ensure proper and time-bound meetings & sale activities.

Qualifications:

- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing in the real estate industry.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients.

- Knowledge of current trends in real estate, commercial leasing, and office spaces.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
