Work India - Manager - Social Media

What will this role do?

- Responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

- Working closely with the product and founding team.

- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals

- Oversee social media accounts- design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout) collaborating with the designers.

- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

 - Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

- Track and maintain a report for ROI and other metrics weekly/monthly.

What will success look like in the next 6 months:

- Take brand awareness to the next level.

- Ensuring positive brand image across all online platforms.

- Manage brand interaction across social media channels

Ideal profile for this role:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven work experience as a Social Media manager | 3-4 years experience.

- Good knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media and Online Reputation management is a must.

- Hands on experience in content management

- Excellent copywriting skills.

- Analytical and multitasking skills

- Basic Knowledge of SEO, Keyword Research,

- Should be ready to relocate to Bangalore
