Your responsibilities in this role will be:

1. Help founders & leaders in the organization to build and mechanise the cultural practices which truly define WorkIndia

2. Ensure policies & processes are implemented, as well as followed - such that they become a way of life for everyone at WorkIndia

3. Take on HR operational responsibilities like onboarding health insurance vendors, ensure smooth management and distribution of laptops etc.

4. Assist in structured 1-on-1- s, performance management, feedback and appraisal processes

5. Facilitate smooth transition for exiting team members, via exit interviews, timely FnF settlements, documentation & clearance

6. Conduct dip-stick & NPS surveys to understand issues & challenges being faced by team members and suggesting ideas or policies which can solve them

7. Assist in ideation and implementation of new people policies which will further improve the experience of team members at WorkIndia

8. What will success look like in the next 6 months:

9. All the People policies and processes which are planned, are executed thoroughly and on time

10. Metrics like Team NPS, Attrition, etc. are tracked and improved upon significantly

Skill-sets required for this role:

1. Super high empathy and a passion towards People and making their lives better

2. Highly approachable and amicable, with an ability to establish comfort while interacting with individuals & handle conflicts gracefully

3. Effective communication skills - both written and verbal - to interact with senior business leaders, make a point or get things done

4. Proactive and eager to always learn & contribute more to the organization

5. High bias for action and ability to get things done (hustler) in ambiguity

6. A highly positive & never-say-no attitude, always up for challenging work
