We are happy to speak to you for other positions, but if you cannot imagine the future of cars, or agriculture or work or jobs, this position is not for you.   Please read this completely as there may be other positions open at Wooqer which fit you better.   Responsibilities include:   - Extend our communication vision to Simplify work, the Wooqer way.   - Partner with right streams (Design/analytics/engineering) to create winning, & simpler features   - Publish the need to the users/customers and drive usage for your feature.   - Baseline your Wooqer offerings to others in the market   - Find and groom the right talent for your responsibilities   - Speak and present Wooqer POV at conferences & other engagements.   - Track & refine business metrics around your feature/product/block   - Represent Wooqer story, vision & possibilities to fellow product managers.   Desired Skills & Experience:   You should have a vision - original one as a starter, we'll pad in the rest. Additionally, it is imperative you have some background either with serious engineering or design of products with following traits:   - Understanding of collaboration/social communication/messaging   - Problem solving, data analysis & segmentation   - Ability to craft a strategy (not a plan)   - At least one substantial product or feature delivered   - Outstanding presentation, persuasion skills   - Sense of usability, user experience   - Excellent relevant academics (Minimum of a graduate)   Company Description:   One of the most respected & successful start-ups from India, Wooqer helps drive productivity across over 100+ businesses through a subscription based platform.
