In partnership with the leadership team, our PSL shall ensure right people in the right jobs right from the inception of a position, establish guardrails for newly onboarded individuals to succeed and create necessary interventions as necessary for them to deliver outcomes. Our PSL shall set definite and transparent guidelines for people engagement, performance and learning to equally enable the individual and organisation growth. Our PSL shall be a business partner who understands the scale-up tenets of business plan and translates them into capacity/capability required to achieve them through people. Background requirements for a successful individual this role: 1. should love people growth and business growth. 2. should have excellent interpersonal skills (including keen listening skills) 3. should be able to summarise conversations into actions 4. should have conceptual understanding of HR concepts 5. should have a minimum of a bachelors degree in any discipline from a tier-1 institute 6. should have 4-6 yrs of work experience with demonstrated break-out behaviour (success) 7. should possess reasonably good problem solving skills 8. should be a doer This profile shall be a builder profile for Wooqer and shall attract relevant compensation as well as participation in value creation. Vishal is a serial entrepreneur with multiple successful exits. Vishal has held Technology, Sales, Operations, Chief Executive and Advisory roles in his journey to Wooqer. Vishal holds a BE in Comp. Sc from Univ of Pune. Pavitra Saxena As Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, owns the vision of platform. Before Wooqer, he has architected complex banking applications and a couple of high scale end consumer products. He has acted as CTO of American startups and managed large high performance engineering teams in past. He holds a bachelors degree from IIT - Varanasi. Sarika Pandey As Co-Founder of Wooqer, Sarika anchors all customers enabling them to self create solutions for day to day needs and identify opportunities to continually derive more value. Before Wooqer, Sarika was a banker having held various avatars at ANZ, SCB and Kotak. Sarika holds an MBA from FMS Delhi and is a medical science graduate from AIIMS. Kailash Iyer As a VP - Finance, Kailash is leading the finance, legal, compliance & admin team and is striving to unlock value for all stakeholders. Kailash is a versatile professional, with entrepreneurial mindset, with diverse experience in financial and business environments. Prior to Wooqer, Kailash led a similar role at Hashedin By Deloitte. Kailash is a Chartered Accountant and a Narsee Monjee College alumnus.
