This is role will work in the UK / US shift About the Role: Sales Lead - UK & USA We've identified and validated our core product offering in India, Middle East and Africa, and are now looking for a Sales Lead who can launch and really springboard our business forward in the UK and US region. The role will take charge of Wooqer's business, driving up new users of our creator tools and marketplace workApps across UK and US If that sounds like a blast to you, come join the team Your Mission : Acquire our first 100 referenceable enterprise customers in UK and US to grow revenues 3x in 2024-25 What you will do : - Own the complete cycle from building TAM, prospecting and bringing onboard new referenceable customers. - Build & manage 3x active pipeline of qualified prospects - Ensure consistent win ratio of the entire team through stage predictability - Identify and nurture strategic and operational partnerships in the region for revenue and growth acceleration. - Attract, groom and retain top talent to accelerate growth in the region About you : - You have 3 years of B2B product sales experience and good understanding of the B2B sales process in a startup environment. - You're open to work from office in UK / US Shift - You have seen one cycle of success in a 0 to 10 growth journey. - You have an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to own a revenue and pipeline number - At minimum you have majored at the top of your class from any respected technology or business school globally. - You aspire to work with equally talented people and raise the bar for any team. - You having the experience in navigating the US, UK and international markets, with a focus on the enterprise segment, is a bonus About us: We are a profitable hyper-growth company headquartered out of California with product teams in Bengaluru, India.
