What you'll do : Statutory Compliances : - All labour compliances, reporting and processes Employee Lifecycle Management : - Refine and execute joining process &amp; onboarding - Benefits Administration (Insurance, Leaves, ESOP- s, others) - Payroll, expense reimbursements(alignments), &amp; ongoing dues management - Enabling goal setting, timely reviews, 1-on-1's &amp; Grievance redressal - Refine and execute separation process, F&amp;F Workplace Experience : - Office Environment &amp; discipline - Availability &amp; quality of on-premise services - Manage programs like WooqPad &amp; Others - People branding activities (wearables etc), events like birthdays etc Workforce Analytics : - Employee data management - People analytics - Benchmarking data People Success operations : - Training calendar and certification process - Employee surveys - Organise townhall, workshops &amp; other business events - Managing people engagement activities HR operations : - Establish, refine, update and ensure compliance to People SOP- s - Workforce planning, assessment centres, &amp; budgets - Alumni relations - Deploy and manage automation programs including hub.wooqer.com What we are looking for : - 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR &amp; Statutory Compliances &amp; Workforce Analytics. - Team player with a sense of ownership and "get things done" attitude. - Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal) and; articulate and persuasive communicator. - Master's degree in HR
