Key responsibilities :   In this role you report to the Finance Head, taking responsibility for timely invoicing, payments, payroll and other accounting responsibilities. Timeliness and accuracy, while ensuring integrity, are your key success metrics.   As part of your responsibilities, you need to :  - Create and dispatch invoices, as per invoice schedule.   - Track payments, Bank reconciliation and co-ordinate with team to ensure timely collections  - Manage vendor payments   - Handle TDS/ PF/ ST/ PT remittance. Filing of Tax returns and ensures compliance with Companies Act.  - Manage and track agreements and report exceptions  - Process payroll and expense claims  - Revenue and Expense tracking and booking. Handle Reconciliations.  - HR related Finance Ops (Investment declarations, Proofs, F & F etc.)  - Handle company's registrations with various authorities and ensure statutory compliances.  - Execute Transfer Pricing and Loan Transfer agreements.   To be successful in this role, you need :  - A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting with good academic track record.
