This is not an account management role alone. Responsibilities Include: - Key Account management - Manage user/usage/revenue/reference/renewal within accounts - Measure customer engagement & ROI at all times - Identify new opportunities/solutions at customers - Speak and present Wooqer POV at customer workshops, conferences & other engagements. - Measure Net Promoter Score - Represent Wooqer story, vision & possibilities to Customer Wooqer champions. Desired Skills & Experience: You should be super intelligent and accessible for starters. You'd have spent time in business consulting (solving problems) or direct operations in a domain. Having worked on a change project at a company is a great advantage. Additionally you'll have excellent abilities around - Problem solving, data analysis & segmentation - Ability to craft a strategy (not a plan) - Outstanding presentation, presence & persuasion skills - Attention to details - Excellent relevant academics (MBA from a premier institute) - You'd have made presentations to executive teams and boards Location : Mumbai
