We seek an experienced Events and Brand Manager to strategize and execute event, brand, and perception initiatives for Wooqer. The role entails running Wooqer-owned events offline and online, executing pre and post-event plans, and improving Wooqer's perception through engaging brand campaigns on social and traditional media and online and offline communities. You will be working with an experienced SaaS marketing team. As a team member, you will have shared KPIs on North Star marketing metrics and a special focus on your role-specific KPIs such as brand perception, event performance, topline contributions, and more. What you'll do Responsibilities: Wooqer-owned Events: Plan, organize and promote Wooqer's events, meetups, and networking sessions. Participating Events/Trade Shows: Plan and execute participation in global events and coordinate logistics, including research, design requirements, pre-event and post-event campaign preparation, and participant/attendee engagement. Webinars: Plan, organise, and execute engaging webinars. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling event topics and drive attendance and participation through targeted promotional campaigns. - Establish and nurture relationships with event partners, influencers and sponsors. Take care of all webinar operations, tools and vendors. Content Creation: Generate marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials for events and webinars. - Lead social media, PR, and communications efforts for Wooqer. - Build a strong community presence through owned and participating events, webinars, social media, paid media and more. - Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of webinars, workshops, and events and provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to optimize future initiatives. Requirements: - 2-4 years of experience in related roles - Strong research, communication and presentation skills. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel for events when required. - Tech-savvy with a good understanding of marketing tools. - Field/brand marketing experience is a huge plus.
