Engagement Manager Role Overview : - As an Engagement Manager (EM), you are accountable for revenue growth in your account portfolio. You are the focal point for all engagements with the client and play a prime role in building and maintaining strong client relationships and increase mindshare and market share. Role Description : - As you manage your portfolio, you see yourself constantly evaluating and solving new and challenging problems around people and processes and coming up with alternative solutions which you would have the ability to compose and present with great spoken and written skills and exemplary persuasion, persistence and conviction. - When you become the chosen one, you will partner with bright people within the company and customers in an environment that challenges every day for us to make great happen. Everyday you : - Build upon your product expertise - Identify growth opportunities in your account portfolio and lead account strategy and planning - Monitor and incorporate trends and market dynamics into account strategy and plan. - Develop customer value propositions using analytics for all appropriate business opportunities. - Drive penetration in relevant client orgs, developing and strengthening relationships with decision-makers and influencers - Communicate significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned accounts. - Develop strategies including complete marketing initiatives and prepare plan to optimize account development and sales growth.
