You lead all engineering processes and take responsibility for maintaining and running the existing platform. You ensure great User experience, while strategizing and implementing ways to enhance experience, Platform marketability and Revenue per user. You build and develop and outstanding Engineering team to make it happen seamlessly. You ensure that Customer facing teams receive the technical support needed to acquire customers and deliver Customer Success.
