You'll create an operations advantage for Wooqer growth by fine tuning the function to respond fast and accurate.  Key Responsibilities :  - Overall responsibility of finance operations (Finance, accounts, legal, tax, compliances & pricing)  - Overall responsibility for the corporate operations (fund raising, IP & structure)  - Identifying and structuring business partnership for innovative market models  - Streamlining work procedures, standardizing internal controls & processes, and formulating cost effective business solutions for enhancing accounting and related operations.  - Developing Annual Operating Plans.
