The Role: Customer Success Director at Wooqer
The Wooqer customer success team collaboratively innovates at every customer touchpoint, from how the product is delivered to them, how they learn to use it effectively and how they innovate new workApps on Wooqer. With the number of Wooqer customers increasing in all 5 continents, we're now looking for a hands-on Customer Success leader who prioritizes customers' objectives above all else, is passionate about adding value to them, and can lead a team that creates more and more happy interactions with our 100K+ users globally.
What you'll do:
1) Build a world class Customer Success strategy and roadmap for high revenue retention & net dollar expansion across Wooqer's portfolio.
2) Exponentially grow Wooqer's customer adoption, engagement and referencability, in 5 continents
3) Build and retain a high performing customer success team that nurtures relationships with customers worldwide and helps them get the most value from Wooqer.
4) Provide thought leadership, council & coaching to drive superior individual & business results
1) You have 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Business Excellence, Process Improvement, Re-engineering & Transformation, in a high growth, fast paced organization.
2) You have advanced analytical skills and enjoy hanging out with data tools
3) You can inspire people to join your vision and care passionately about their success.
4) At minimum you have majored at the top of your class from any Tier 1 technology or business school globally.
5) You aspire to work with equally talented people and raise the bar for any team.
6) If you have seen one cycle of a growing CS team that you have positively influenced, that's a plus.
