- The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key contributor to the most impactful and visible digital marketing campaigns executed by Wooqer Growth team.


- This role will focus on delivering best-in-class digital experiences for lead-gen, virtual events, Brand Awareness and more.


- You will create and optimize scalable digital marketing processes, operationalize best practices, leverage new tools and platforms, oversee digital execution and provide team leadership on complex digital tactics. This is a data-driven role that will influence marketing programs with strategic thought leadership and customer experience solutioning to ensure campaign goals are met.


- The ideal candidate for this role will be equally analytical and creative, and have a proven track record leading teams in building and executing strategic lead generation events campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and generate pipeline along with the SDRs. Not afraid to try new things driven to constantly improve results. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot quickly and problem-solve collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and Own digital channel performance metrics to drive Website Traffic

- Develop and Own marketing strategy to drive Brand Awareness and buyer engagement metrics

- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns (Mix of Organic and Paid) in collaboration with agency partners.

- Identify and implement best practices for audience targeting and database hygiene, email/digital marketing strategy, events, tracking instrumentation and digital channel measurement.

Candidate Qualifications:

- Proven experience in executing digital marketing campaigns

- Proven track record of creating and executing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live and/or virtual events, webinars, lead nurture programs and CRM/sales insights

- Experience in a product led company's B2B demand generation/digital marketing role

- Strong attention to detail - required in order to meet our high bar for customer-facing content

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education/experience

- Experience working with creative and operations agencies in an outsourcing capacity (preferred)

- Experience managing direct reports (preferred)
