A little bit of consulting, a little bit of solutioning, a little bit of technology, a little bit of sales, a little bit of account management, a little bit of finance and loads of leadership &amp; imagination - we love this role that makes our customers successful by helping Simplify their business through Wooqer. You'll have a way of getting stuff "done" while managing a smile on all faces. You'll be able to stand up and tell a customer "I believe this is what you should be doing". You'll be able to absorb all a customer has to throw our way when we've messed up. This is not an account management role alone. Responsibilities Include -&nbsp; - Account management - Manage user/usage/revenue/reference/renewal within accounts - Measure customer engagement &amp; ROI at all times - Identify new opportunities/solutions at customers - Speak and present Wooqer POV at customer workshops, conferences &amp; other engagements. - Measure Net Promoter Score - Represent Wooqer story, vision &amp; possibilities to Customer Wooqer champions. Desired Skills &amp; Experience : You should be super intelligent and accessible for starters. You'd have spent time in business consulting (solving problems) or direct operations in a domain. Having worked on a change project at a company is a great advantage.
