In your role, you'll be the mastermind behind the administration and operation of our thrilling amusement park. Your mission? To ensure an epic and exhilarating experience for our guests and associates. From sparking joy and exceeding expectations to cultivating a culture of safety, fun, and growth, you'll be the driving force behind the ultimate entertainment destination.

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: ability to lead a team, inspire and motivate 800+ people and own Revenue by driving footfall (Target vs actual budget), non ticket revenue like retail and F&B.

2. Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders

3. Planning and Organization: ability to plan and organize events, programs, and resources

4. Customer Service Orientation: commitment to providing excellent customer service NPS

5. Problem Solving: ability to identify problems, analyze data and issues and develop appropriate solutions

6. Financial Management: ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data and make informed decisions

7. Safety and Risk Management: ability to identify and mitigate risks and ensure safety and security of customers and staff

8. Creativity: ability to innovate and come up with new ideas for customer experiences

9. Relationship Building: ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, partners, suppliers, and regulatory agencies

10. Technical Knowledge: familiarity with park technology, such as rides, attractions, gaming, and other experiences.

11. Marketing: ability to develop and execute marketing strategies

Qualifications:

- 15 years of experience in orchestrating fun and unforgettable experiences, preferably in the entertainment industry.

- A passion for spreading joy and creating magical moments that will be remembered forever.

- A natural-born leader with the ability to energize.
