Wonderchef - Navision ERP Consultant

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in managing Dynamics NAV solutions for organizations

2. Implementation of at least 3 full modules of (1) Warehousing & Inventory (2) Manufacturing

3. Process Knowledge & Ability to understand user's issues and provide them Level 1 support in the below functions:

a. Finance & Accounting

b. Warehousing & inventory

c. Manufacturing

d. Sales & Secondary Sales Management

4. Ability to coordinate & prioritize requirements between multiple users and document needed specifications from the ERP system.

5. Coordinate with the ERP vendor to ensure deliverables of the documented specifications.

6. Ensure strict process control standards of deploying modifications into the production environment. Thorough testing protocols & scripts must be prepare and adhered to avoid any critical stoppages in business functions.

7. Management and upkeep of the ERP Development, UAT and Production Environments.

8. Capability and knowledge of application design to suggest modifications and integrations.

9. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive improvements that positively impact the company's performance.

10. Maintain the online ticketing system provided by the ERP vendor
