The incumbent would be part of the Corporate Sales team of the Company. This is a growing channel with its own independent pan-India team. The Company believes this is an area of tremendous growth potential and would like to give the desired focus to this segment. Corporate Sales is constituted by business from Alliances, Corporate Gifting and Loyalty Programs.

Key responsibilities are:

- Achieve sales targets and creating growth by working across all the broad segments of Corporate Sales

- Work with the Telemarketing Team to ensure database quality and usage

- Work closely with Marketing Team to develop and implement effective corporate communication

- Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients, connecting with key business executives.

- Maintain a database driven approach for effective marketing and growth

- Develop monthly revenue forecasts, maintain sales reports and manage a sales pipeline

- Forecast and track key account metrics

- Develop your market-based relationships in Medical, High Tech, Construction and a broad base of other Industries

Skill Set Essentials:

- Basics: MBA essential.

- 4-8 years of experience in Corporate & Institutional Sales. Experience in Pharma Gifting would be a plus.

- Proven success in B2B / Corporate Gifting business

- Positive go-getter attitude with result orientation

- Strong Relationship management skills

- Strong negotiation skills with deal closing abilities

- Problem-solving & good analytical abilities
