Location : Patalganga , Raigad Dist.&nbsp; The incumbent will be responsible for managing end to end supply chain functions in the main warehouse at Patalganga (Near Panvel) as well as in the other warehouses across the country managed by 3PL partners. 1. Set up and drive systems for zero defect and zero error deliveries in both B2B &amp; B2C scenarios 2. Lead a team of about 100 managers, executives and workers and ensure their safety, training, culture building &amp; motivation 3. Take complete responsibility of the inventory and assets of the organization and ensure timely feedback to the management regarding any upcoming shortfalls / surprises 4. Coordinate closely with the factory as regards to the logistics &amp; supply chain support 5. Management &amp; control of all 3 PL partners, logistic partners, trucking companies &amp; courier companies contracted with Wonderchef. 6. Incumbent should be aware of ERP &amp; WMS systems and would be expected to contribute to their enhancement. 7. Incumbent should have worked in leadership position in the Logistics department of an organization / 3 PL partner. Personal Skills : - Ability to handle manpower in an effective way and specify tasks and effective utilization of the available resource. - Effective negotiations with external vendors. - Has good business acumen, relentless focus, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask while working in a highly charged environment - Adaptability - Capable of adopting any given situation and demonstrated personal accountability, strong work ethic and organizational skills with attention to detail
