Wonderchef - Executive Assistant to Managing Director - IIT/IIM

Job Description

- Assist MD in developing and implementing business strategy for new businesses and international expansion.

- Participate in and at times lead projects mandated by MD.

- Ensuring that strategic initiatives are driven across the organization and key projects are tracked and monitored

- Developing presentations and status updates for PE investors. Aid the MD by performing analysis to deliver relevant and insightful management information, together with assisting in business planning and development.

- Performing focused research ( primary & secondary) for new business opportunities

- Travelling as required nationally & internationally to review market and projects on MD's behalf

- Prepare communication/industry notes for different stakeholders.

Skill Set Essentials:

Basics: Must be an engineer plus MBA. Must be either from an IIT or an IIM.

 Experience (type of): 2-4 years

Must Haves :

- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners

- Expert level written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
