Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and create professional development programs.

- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting and performance appraisals.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and benefits offerings.

- Analyze compensation data to ensure competitive pay practices.

Policy Development and Compliance:

- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

- Monitor and enforce adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.

Employee Engagement and Culture:

- Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement programs and initiatives.

- Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

HR Data and Reporting:

- Manage HRIS systems and oversee the maintenance of employee records and HR data.
