We are looking at adding members to in our Transaction Advisory &amp; Consulting Services Team at Mumbai (Females only) Candidates with prior experience in Fund Raising (Equity/Debt), M&amp;A, Project Financing, Restructuring &amp; Re-Financing, Strategic Consulting would be preferred. The Job responsibilities include : - Valuation of companies using various valuation techniques. - Participate in the business and financial due diligence. - Handle end-to-end transactions from Origination to Deal closure. - Research &amp; analyse industry, economic, market and regulatory data as required to support sector coverage activities and transaction execution and ideation. - Responsible for internal initiatives such as updating the investor database, transaction database etc. - Analyse company financial statements and create financial models for client companies. - Prepare detailed information memorandum/pitch book/presentations. - Supporting Directors in new business development by identifying bankable prospects. - Previous Business Development/Deal Origination experience preferred. - Willing to Travel (Locally &amp; outstation as per requirement) Qualifications : - CA/MBA Finance/CFA level I - III - Strong analytical &amp; problem-solving skills; Ability to multi-task; Strong attention to detail. - Fundamental understanding of accounting, finance ability to build financial models. - Familiarity with business valuation techniques, including comparable company and discounted cash flow analysis. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Mandatory) - Strong MS Office applications Knowledge (VB/Macro not required but would be preferred) - 2+ years or more of relevant experience in similar M&amp;A/Private Equity roles preferred.
