Brief details about the position:

Overall Responsibility:

- Lead practice development in focus domains; Analyze industry value chain, identify R&A related opportunities across the value chain, build solutions to address these opportunities

- Support Business Units in building business plans, go-to-market strategy and help organization in executing it

- Work with Internal (Sales, Marketing) and external (clients, advisors) stakeholders to create demand and deliver industry-leading value propositions / solutions

- Work with Business Units to incubate new solutions through consulting, diagnostics, POCs etc and deliver successful outcomes

- Provide direction to the team on generating reports on company/competitor profiles, clinical trial mapping /analysis, forecasting, product benchmarking and licensing support

- Provide sales support in terms of writing proposals, providing time-effort estimates and creating samples/ demos/ prototypes

Desired Profile:

- Overall experience of 10+ years of experience in delivering Research & Analytics solutions; 5+ years in mandatory area, 3+ years in additional areas

- Post Graduate (MBA / Master’s degree)

- Consulting experience in Healthcare will be a big plus

- Knowledge and experience in multiple therapeutic areas including CV, CNS, Infectious diseases, and Oncology in the US and major EU markets is preferred

- Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical sales data such as IMS audits, and other secondary sources. 3+ years of experience in analyzing these data and generating actionable reports / insights

- Experience in multiple data sources such as primary market research, secondary data and syndicated reports

- Hands on experience in working with multiple business teams and expertise in SAS,SQL & Patient level data

- Understanding and experience in competitive intelligence
