WNS - Vice President - Travel Transitions

We are in the process of hiring a Lead Consultant (Vice President) within the transitions team. This role will be more focused towards the transitions vertical and will be based out of Mumbai / Pune.

Below is a quick description of the roles and responsibilities:

- Successful management of large/multiple transitions of clients’ processes in the respective domain

- Owning and continuous improvement to the WNS Transition Methodology

- Thoroughness of Project Planning

- Thoroughness of Project tracking - Risk, Issue and Milestone management

- Identify areas for efficiency improvement, implementing the same

- Build close rapport with key client managers

- Strong focus on revenues - balance risks with speed of execution

- Handling prospect/ Client presentations

- Respond to RFI/ RFPs along with team

- Mentor junior members of Transitions team
