We are currently recruiting for a SVP/VP - Hunting Sales role with previous sales experience along with ideally knowledge of Outsourcing. You should have experience of selling deals with a TCV of $5M -$10M as a minimum.

You need to have in depth knowledge of the Travel & Leisure /F&A/ Insurance (any one) which we define as MUST for the role & In return we offer an excellent package including:

Job Summary

This job entails developing and directing the sales efforts for new client target acquisition. Typical sales targets start at $ 2 million up to $ 5 million, ($) and all performance/rewards are based on the achievement of the sales target.

Key Activities/Responsibilities

- Identify potential leads independently (or with others) through networking, cold-calling, trade shows, public speaking, and/or other sources in the assigned sales territory/geography

- Develop relationships with potential buyers through personal meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social gatherings.

- Generate client awareness and preference for WNS and its services. May include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles, presenting in business forums, business associations, etc.

- Identify and close specific sales opportunities within target companies.

- Build business transformation propositions for prospects/ industries and present these to prospective customers.

- Recommend which opportunities WNS should pursue using criteria such as highest probability of winning, profit potential, etc.

- Support/participate in any oral proposal activities, review written proposals.

- The role will typically involve 70% + travel

Education

- Engg. Graduate degree, advance university degree preferred or equivalent experience

Work Experience

- In depth sales experience, with industry expertise and proven track record against multiple million dollar sales targets

- Experience in selling large scale project to Fortune 1000 firms

- Ideally 10 years plus experience

- The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales executive with a successful track record of selling to E&U clients
