WNS - Supply Chain Analytics

- Developing and managing teams, driving to results

- Solid understanding of supply chain processes and interfaces in a bio-pharma environment

- Proven experience in designing, implementing and ensuring adoption of performance management systems, including reporting solutions

- Excellent analytical skills and learning agility

- Detailed knowledge of planning and reporting platforms (SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP BI, etc)

- Detailed knowledge of MS solutions (eg. Excel)

- Knowledge of operational excellence methodologies (Six Sigma, ADP, - )

- Excellent communication and facilitation skills

- Strong business acumen

- Up-to-date on the market best practice and their applications in supply chain performance management

- Mgt consulting experience desirable
