WNS is looking for Sr. Group Manager - Insurance Analytics

Th incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing the Insurance R&A Operations for one of the client.

This will include:

- Operations Service Delivery Management

- Manage team P&L
•
- Resource & People Management

- Performance Reporting & Governance

This would require

- Ability to apply strategic thinking

- Experience in a senior role, including in a blue chip organisation and/or a Insurance or other highly regulated environment.

- Wide experience of dealing with international operations,: experienced in supporting multi-country change with and on behalf of the business and involving large scale.

- 12 – 15 years relevant experience
