- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support in F&A domain in BPO organisation
- Work with onsite sales teams to manage & contribute to responses to customer requests for information, proposals et al
- Provide presentations; conduct research and competitive analysis associated with new opportunities.
- Work with the business units to provide comprehensive & innovative solution meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Participate in customer visits & offer solutions
- Identify & develop alternate streams of revenue generations
- Work on practice development, as mandated
- Work with industry analysts to position the company as a vendor of choice.
- Manage the customer engagement cycle from lead to contract signing
- Participate in onsite due diligence & contribute to transition planning
- Contribute to solution definition
- Build reusable collateral and contribute to the knowledge repository.
- Maintain networks and relationships to keep abreast of competitors’ activities and develop and maintain effective business relationships in the industry.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERION
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Post Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Finance and Accounting. e.g. (MCOM, CA, CFA, MBA-Finance et al)
- Mandatory: Specialization in different stream s of Finance and Accounting (AP, AR, GA, FP&A)
Soft Skills:
- Mandatory : Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Mandatory : The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while producing consistent quality results on time
- Mandatory: Must be a self-starter who can work effectively under minimal supervision.
Experience:
- Mandatory: Total Experience of 10-15 years.
- Mandatory: At least 5 years of experience in business development. The business development experience should center around F&A solution creation / working on RFP’s/ RFI’s and the like. Should be capable and must have been involved in customer presentations.
- Nice to Have: Experience in managing F&A operations with teams of 50 or greater.
- Nice to Have: Experience in transitioning processes.
- Nice to Have : Exposure to functional roles (non BPO)
