Experience Profile :
- Handled large and multiple transitions with different levels of complexity
- Deep understanding of the different aspects of BPO business - QA, MIS, SLA, Base-lining etc.
- Strong Project Management skills
- At least 3 years of intense customer facing roles
- Focus on continuous improvement - good to have Six Sigma knowledge (Green belt/ black belt)
- Strong focus on deliverables - do whatever it takes to meet timelines and quality of deliverables
- Managed / liaised with IT Projects team to deliver the Technology aspects of the transition projects
