Senior Group Manager - Training (Insurance)

- Manage Training department for multiple client operations and locations; Responsible for building Domain Expertise in Insurance for employees aligned to Business Unit by leveraging the Verticals Training framework.

- The Training Leader will have to work closely with key stakeholders of WNS and maintain, cultivate and nurture relationships between the organization and external partners.

- The responsibilities include: Introducing ideas and concept and stimulating thinking and dialogue; develop policies outlining training framework, content, voice, processes and context; facilitate cooperative and collaborative learning and problem solving

Key Responsibilities :

- Internal talent development and strategic positioning of training practices across geographies

- Client management and seamless delivery, customer service management, and learning and development

- Set up well-structured Training Frameworks and ensure innovative training practices

- Establish strong rigor of Training controls (publish periodic dashboard/reports) to ensure Effectiveness and Efficiency of training delivered to new and existing employees

- Organize Process-Product-Systems-Skills Training for New and Existing Employees

- Participate in activities planned for New Client/Business Win. Eg. Provide RFP inputs, Due Diligence, Client presentations to showcase Training effectiveness

- Supervise and Mentor a team of Training Managers and Trainers across multiple locations

- Contribute and evolve the BU Training Strategy framework by establishing new and improved practices

- Develop Training Content and Delivery Tools in accordance with client operations

- Represent Operations for Internal/External Audits on Training material/Update procedures/Effectiveness, etc.

- Work with Quality Teams to ensure QA feedback is improved through Training Interventions

- International BU support

- SPOC with LA for voice and process trainings

- Crucial intervention during hiring at Role Band A level

- Conduct certification and ongoing development of Auxiliary Trainers

- Serve as content resource person

- Responsible for capacity planning and scheduling along with observing and tracking progress of team members

- Establish and design structure of learning context

Desired Skills :

- Excellent Communication skills - written & verbal along with great presentation skills

- Insurance Domain Expertise on GI side

- Experience in leading training function in BPM environment

- 12+ years of Total Experience, of which 4+ years in leadership role

- Flexibility to work in shift timings as per business need
