WNS - Senior Group Manager - Robotics Process Automation

- The RPA CoE is investing in intelligent automation capabilities in line with the growing convergence of Business process management (BPM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Cognitive automation.

- The role of Intelligent Automation Delivery Lead is responsible for the full life cycle delivery of Intelligent automation solutions and capabilities. This is an enterprise-level function reporting into the Head of enterprise RPA COE.

- Activities include partnering with technology and business teams to evangelize intelligent automation, lead innovation, selecting the right technologies, providing digital process automation solutions and leading the execution to implement the solutions.

- The intelligent automation space covers solutions that integrate business process automation, robotic process automation and cognitive automation leveraging the best of breed technologies identified by the client. The role involves active engagement across enterprise architecture and other partners across Global Information Security, Risk and Infrastructure teams.

Role Responsibilities:

- Lead solution design, technology assessment, build and delivery of enterprise automation solutions aligned to the strategy established by the enterprise RPA COE using process excellence, Robotic Process Automation and AI solutions.

- Build a qualified team of process designers, automation technologists and architects with experience in different automation platforms.

- Provide design and architecture leadership to project teams so as to deliver enterprise scale solutions leveraging best in class AI, Automation and integration capabilities.

- Drive intelligent automation enablement workshops to ensure the adoption of platform standards and best practices across the enterprise.

- Manage project risk, reporting, governance and escalations in a proactive manner.

- Manage project financials and ensure projects are delivered as per scope, budget, schedule, quality and benefits.

- Summarize, create presentations and present initiative-specific key findings, performance and recommendations to Senior and Executive Leadership.

- Directly lead, motivate and coach Intelligent Automation project teams in order to meet the needs and requirements of the client. Provide expert subject matter knowledge for the successful deployment of the Intelligent Automation methodology as part of project delivery e. g. RPA, lean thinking, continuous improvement etc.

- Demonstrate knowledge on scaled agile methodology to ensure alignment to client's standards for project delivery.

- Be aware of current and future market and technology developments inside and outside of the Intelligent Automation space through offerings, white papers, blogs, upskilling and learning opportunities.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience of delivering enterprise automation solutions involving RPA for mid to large enterprises by leveraging industry-leading platforms. Must have led key automation initiatives that required complex solution design, enterprise-scale and change management.

- Deep Understanding of automation and emerging technology solutions including BPM, Robotics Process Automation, Cognitive automation, and Data/process integration.

- Demonstrable experience in professional and technical capabilities such as: Automation (BPM, RPA, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence), Operational Excellence approaches and methods (Lean agile delivery, DevOps, Lean thinking, Process excellence, System & Management Thinking).

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in implementing:

 BPM platforms like Pegasystems and Appian

- RPA / Cognitive automation platforms like Blueprism, Pega Robotics and Workfusion ( or other similar industry-leading technologies)

- Complex operational, regulatory or customer service automation initiatives across 100 s of users.

- Significant experience in deploying best practices for Process Excellence, RPA and Automation within a mid-large organization.

- Good knowledge of automation spanning across structured and unstructured data by leveraging machine learning concepts.

- Good understanding of Content automation / OCR technologies and the interplay between process and content automation frameworks.
